# Set up call forwarding on Virgin Media

> Forward missed calls from your Virgin Media landline to your Revti AI receptionist.

## Steps

**1.** Log in to your Virgin Media account at virginmedia.com or the Virgin Media app.

**2.** Go to My Products then Home Phone.

**3.** Find Call Divert or Call Forwarding settings.

**4.** Set Divert When No Answer to your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard).

**5.** Save your changes.

## Alternative method

Call Virgin Media on 150 from your Virgin Media phone and ask them to set up call forwarding when unanswered.
