Steps
1. Go to Settings then Account. 2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account. 3. You will be asked to confirm by typing your account email. 4. Confirm deletion.What happens
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately
- Your AI receptionist stops answering calls
- All call data, transcripts, customer profiles, and account information are permanently deleted within 30 days
- This action cannot be undone
We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account. Go to Customers and click Export to download your records.
