How do I manage my notification preferences?

Customise which alerts you receive and how.

Steps

1. Go to Settings then Notifications.

2. For each notification type, choose whether to receive it by email, SMS, both, or neither.

3. Click Save.

Tips

• Enable Hot lead alerts by SMS for fastest follow-up
• Use email for booking requests and confirmations
• Turn off new call emails if you prefer to check the dashboard periodically rather than being notified per call
