Steps

1. Go to Settings then Call Routing in your dashboard. 2. Select Ring phone first. 3. Enter the phone number you want to ring. 4. Set the ring timeout — how many seconds your phone rings before forwarding to the AI (default is 15 seconds). 5. Click Save. Now, when someone calls your Revti number, your phone will ring first. If you do not answer within the timeout period, the call automatically transfers to your AI receptionist.
