1. Go to Settings then Business Information. 2. Under FAQs, add questions and their answers. 3. Click Save.

Tips for good FAQs

  • Include your most commonly asked questions — parking, accessibility, what to bring, cancellation policy
  • Keep answers concise and direct
  • Review and update regularly based on call transcripts showing new recurring questions
Check your call transcripts every month for questions your AI could not answer. Adding these as FAQs will improve the caller experience.
