Steps

1. Log in to your Virgin Media account at virginmedia.com or the Virgin Media app. 2. Go to My Products then Home Phone. 3. Find Call Divert or Call Forwarding settings. 4. Set Divert When No Answer to your Revti AI number (shown on your dashboard). 5. Save your changes.

Alternative method

Call Virgin Media on 150 from your Virgin Media phone and ask them to set up call forwarding when unanswered.
Your Revti AI number is displayed on your dashboard home screen.
