Common issues
Bookings not appearing on your calendar- Check that your calendar is still connected under Settings then Calendar
- Reconnect if the status shows as disconnected
- Verify you selected the correct calendar during setup
- Ensure your AI is checking the right calendar for availability
- If you use multiple calendars, only one should be connected to Revti
- Your authentication token may have expired — click Reconnect to re-authenticate
- Ensure you have not revoked Revti’s access in your Google or Microsoft account settings
