1. Go to Settings then Bookings in your dashboard.2. Under Duration, set your default appointment length.3. If you offer different services with different durations, you can configure per-service durations.
When a caller requests a booking, your AI will use the appropriate duration for the service they are enquiring about. This ensures your calendar blocks out the correct amount of time and avoids overlapping appointments.
