Notifications not arriving

Fix missing email or SMS alerts.

Email notifications

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Add [e-mail] to your safe senders list
• Verify your email address is correct in Settings then Account
• Ensure the notification type is toggled on in Settings then Notifications

SMS notifications

• Verify your mobile number is correct in your notification settings
• Ensure the notification type is toggled on for SMS
• Check that your phone has signal and is not blocking unknown numbers
